Edit So yeah just realized I have no earring back on my new second piercing in my ear anymore. 0_____o Musta fallen out during my perm; god am I lucky the earring didn't pop out or I dont know if I woulda had the courage to put it back in.......nah nvm totally would have cause I dont want to have to get it re-pierced. lol

Do not like the new layout of LJ. I always go towards the top to do the post an entry [have my sidebar on the side] and I dont like teh whole My Stuff deal. I mean, really? Was the change REALLY necessary? pleh

So I just watched Idol for the first time since a few of the auditions this year and meh...some of them were okay. I think my faves were Siobhan and Didi; Crystal was okay too. I voted for Didi a few times in texting since I got unlimited now. [squee!] I'm not to overwhelmed by any of the guys this year, unfortunately, but Tim is kinda cute. I love that Kara mentioned Adam in regards to Siobhan. -squees again-
But seriously I watch it and I get SO sad, it's kind of pathetic. I miss Season 8 so fucking much. GIVE IT BACK PLEASE! It was so much better; the whole time I was just sitting there waiting for him to come on and wow us. I can't wait for him to come back and perform; I will flip mah shit.

Found out yesterday about Lady Gaga's new tour and I'm so excited for it; course she's not coming to Iowa; no one ever does. [Well, the Black Eyed Peas are but who gives a fuck about them?] She is going to Missouri twice and Minnesota though. And if Adam opens for her? Uh, yeah, I could die happy right afterwards and not really care. IT IS MAH DREAAAMMM!

In Ames now, went shopping with my grandma and Aunt. Got a white shirt from Hot Topic which I love that says "I -heart- [with a pic of a rainbow heart] lady gay gay" and a few other things. Bought some bobbi brown gunmetal eyeshadow and some new headphones. I will post pics of the clothes below if you wanna see them.

Annnddd I got my ears double pierced in Claires. I think I actually like the usage of needles better than the gun; it's a lot sharper so it just goes through better. But goddamn it stung! It hurt more than my lip did at the time, actually. They're okay now, just a slight burning sensation is all. -will not make that dirty- So I now have six piercings! :D

I really hate how homophobic my aunt is. Like, I seriously wanna bitch slap her sometimes. Like I was talking about Lady Gaga and Adam and how I hope that they tour together and then of course Barb [my aunt] started talking about his AMA performance and how he needs to tone it down and 'if he wants to suck a dick do it in private" and that he shouldn't be such a potty mouth and just TOTALLY bashing his fabulous gay-ness and just him in general. First of all, he is amazing so stfu and two; YOU DO NOT SAY THAT FUCKING SHIT AROUND ME OR YOU WILL GET CUT! You don't tell someone to 'tone down the gayness' or whatever the hell she said to the equivalent of that, cant remember, I was fuming, kay? Anyways, I was pissed, and even moreso that my grandma even laughed and agreed and she EVEN LIKES ADAM! Actually I thought Barb did too, we all watched RoF last year together and yeah they didn't like it [i want to have sex with it, btw] but they liked some of his other stuff. I just...I was kinda hurt and it's not the first time she's said homophobic stuff either.

Didn't do a whole lot today, went out to eat at this steakhouse and got shrimp. -giggles- Been watching White Collar...god I love that show now. It's so epiiccc. Watched the webcast last night with Matt and Tim and omfg they're such NUTS, especially Tim. One question was "Do you think of Neal as a wayward son?" And they both started singing "Carry on My Wayward Son" lmfaaooo I can't hear that song anymore without thinking of Supernatural. It was great, they're so fun.

Jude Law is on SNL tonight WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE super stoked for that! And there's a rumor going around that RDJ is the host for next week but we'll know for sure later. I sure hope it's true though! That'd be awesome.

Going over to Kelsey's again tomorrow and spending the night then I'm going to my grandmas for three days on Tuesday. Getting a perm wednesday. Those are fun. haha I've only ever had one but I think I look okay with them.

Ever since I got into Supernatural I've had a greater love for urban legends and that only grew when I did a powerpoint on it for class. I like all the urban legends but the one that probably spooks me the most is the Bloody Mary one. -shivers- And my favorite is...hmm..well I guess I like all of them. So for like the past half hour I've been dling torrents of just gorgeous Celtic music - yes I love that music stfu - and there's one I really wanted but it had no seeders so I ended up buying the album and one song off of another one on iTunes [with persuasion from a friend of course]. So I'm happy because the music is so gorgeous but I'm also saving up for a Kindle and I need to save all the money I get....but....whatever I will try to forgive myself. So my spring break has officially begun! Woo hoo! I didn't go to school today anyway cause I'm still sick but now I'm off till the 22nd, I believe. Hehe Awesome.

I didnt do all that much today; watched the White Collar finale which was AWESOME, btw, and then watched BUABS which is another one of my fave SPN eps. EVIL!SAM FTMFW!

Speaking of SPN, over on tv.com they had a little article about T.V. shows craziest fandoms and the rating was out of ten - guess what us SPN fans got? Yup. 10. Of course they had to throw the whole Wincest aspect in the mix and it's just ugh LEAVE THE OTP OUT OF IT! So all the comments were bashing it and saying how sick we are for liking it blah blah blah. Well you know what? FUCK. YOU. HATERS! If you don't understand it then you don't DESERVE to understand it; it makes waaaay more fucking sense than the likes of -shudders- Dean/Castiel. Just because we ship an incestuous gay pairing does not make us SATAN! WE HAVE HEARTS GODDAMNIT! But, seriously, if you can't see the Wincest potential then there's something wrong with you.

So my Spring Break started early this year - as you know I got a cold late Sunday night or so and ended up not going to school today and my dad said to just sleep in as well tomorrow and I can miss it too. It is an early out but still - woooo two extra days off! I slept in till about five today though I got up off and on. Latest I've ever slept, I think. Whenever I take Nyquil it always just knocks me out and makes me so drowsy.

Drank a Red Bull and checked up on stuff around the internet after my dad left since whenever I was awake during the afternoon I had to be discreet and just watched youtube vids on my iphone.

Just finished watching Nightshifter ep of SPN and eating a hotdog. God I love how the boys looked in season two. Unf unf. I still firmly believe that Jared needs to trim his hair...and stat. haha

Recorded the White Collar finale and will watch that tomorrow. Watched Spartacus today with my dad and got upset over that little dude hanging himself. :/ Ah well, the fact that Spartacus killed the dude that had been raping him made me happy. Also learned that the dude who plays him has cancer and his going through chemo and that after he's done they're going to start filming season two. Woo for second season but D: at cancer. My uncle had it and died from that, not something to be taken lightly.

Goddamn I feel so drowsy right now; can barely type and i haven't even taken Nyquil yet. WISH I COULD BREEATTHHEE!

Dled the acoustic WWFM Adam did at Nova and omg it's so gorgeous, that and the acoustic Mad World from this bar place is absolutely stunning, I just wish it were in better quality.

To all those whom expressed concern in my last post regarding my stomach pains, thanks, and I really appreciate that you care. <3 I told my dad about it this morning and he says if it still hurts tomorrow then we'll go to the doctors. To make matters worse tho I got a cold. :| And it sucks. God I hate colds.

Anyways on Friday we had a movie day in photography and went down to the radio room and watched Up and had some snacks. Mountain Dew fftwww!

I spent the night at Kelsey's and we saw Alice in Wonderland; love that movie. LOVE LOVE LOVE THAT MOVIE! The imagery in 3D was so amazing and it's just such an eye orgasm to watch, almost moreso than Avatar. And I actually ship Hatter/Alice [omg het] but then I thought 'nah alice left him so she doesn't deserve him' so now I totes ship Cheshire/Hatter. xDD Don't ask how, I just do. Maybe Cheshire can like inhabit a body of a human so it's not so much like bestiality. I loved Alan Rickman playing the caterpillar though, was hilarious.

Had a good time at Kelsey's, helped her friend move her stuff out who had been living with her and we watched some movies.

The next day I got dropped off back at home and saw Alice in Wonderland again with my dad. xD Still great.

Then yesterday I watched the Oscars and was pissed cause Sherlock Holmes won nothing, thought RDJ was too hot to trot and laughed that Avatar didn't win Best Picture. I watched RDJ on Kimmel today that I had taped and omfg he's such a ham. I love him to bits. <3 Am soooo excited for Iron Man 2.

I'm still hoping to put up a rec post soon but with my health being all aklerlawejr I haven't really felt like it, but I will try to soon. I'll be posting the wincest ones over at wincest_recs and the j2 ones here.

I'm really afraid something is wrong with me; I have a sharp pain in the upper side of my stomach to the right of my belly button. It's been there since Friday and it won't go away. It doesn't hurt so much all the time but a little pain is always there. And then I woke up with cotton mouth and a sore throat....hoping that's only a coencidence. I fear I might have gastritis, pancreatic problems or a kidney stone. I hope not but. :/ I'm kinda freaked out right now.

Watched the rerun of SPN tonight "Swap Meat". Still my least fave of the season 'sides Fallen Idols but I do enjoy it more now after multiple viewings. Mom called me at the beginning - after having not heard from her in weeks - and we did a commentary together during some of the episode cause she hasn't seen it. She hasn't seen most of the eps, actually. Says it scares her too much

So...Jared got married yesterday. I really have nothing to say to that so I'll just hold my tongue. Just know I had to console myself by reading J2 sexing and then watched a lot of SPN today. It made me unnaturally sad to know he'll be on his honeymoon on Jensen's birthday and I pray Gen didn't do that purposefully. Not that I think she would, but like I said, I'll say nothing more to that.

Saturday I watched 17 Again and - I hate myself so fucking much for saying this - but Zac Efron is kind of gorgeous. Like, I hated High School Musical with a fiery passion and that's the only thing I'd seen him in but watching that....yeah...he ain't so bad. haha

My rec post didn't go nearly as well as I'd hoped. It was rather disappointing seeing as I spent a whole week gathering fics then two hours making the posts. I'm not sure if I'm going to do it again. If I do I'll make some sort of ticky box to at least have people let me know if they read it.

Back to school tomorrow...bleh bleh bleh. And Jensen turns 32! He still looks fab of course. ;]

A few things you should know that are -kindasorta- important is that

1) I despise the pairing Dean/Castiel and will never be rec'cing those.
2) I do not like the pairing of John with any of the boys.
3) I have very many likes in terms of kinks so be sure to read all Warnings on the fic page before starting to read.
4) I mainly read Wincest and J2 but I am also dabbling in other fandoms as well so those may eventually turn up in these posts.

So I was watching Spartacus - the t.v. show - on HBO tonight and just about died crying. It was so fucking sad, like, so sad. I don't understand how they can put so much sadness and despair into one episode, but they did. I do think it's a little too gory but I still really like it. But..but..WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

Went to the mall today after school and am looking for a cd which I absolutely cannot find ANYWHERE. I'm just gonna order it online, I think.

I'm going to be posting my first ever rec post tomorrow. If it does well I may consider making my own comm down the line for it. Didn't do a whole lot today. Okay, I take that back.

We learned some new shit in Alg that I dont understand AT ALL and I have a full rough draft of a paper due tomorrow which I haven't even started and am hoping I'll be able to do during classes. I have to try to at least get some of it done though cause our college partners are coming to work with us and I don't want to seem stupid. :p

Got out early and had four teeth filled at the dentists. Ever since I had my root canal, cavity fillings don't bother me so much. They hurt for a few hours afterwards but now it's fine, weird. The only thing that really hurts is my fucking lower gums cause the guy was basically sawing at them with dental floss. :| Yeah won't be flossing tonight buddy! But my teeth do look a lot better now without those weird decay holes in them. I gotta go back in eventually to get a crown on the root canaled tooth and then I should be done. God I'm so sick of going to that place.

Finished a 44,000 word fic I had started last night and also read a 33,000 which I just finished a bit ago. [Yes I read very fast] Both of which were FUCKING AMAZING and they will be recced on my very first SQUEE rec post this Saturday. One of them is probably going down as my absolute favorite of...ever. haha As of now they're all Wincest but I'm sure there will be some J2 as well - though you all are free to rec whatever you want in comments. I've decided I'll mainly just rec all the fics I read in that week I enjoyed and maybe a few odds and ends from my Delicious page. Who knows; kind of winging it for now. I'll also try to maybe advertise it on a comm or something so we can get more comments going. :p

GOD MY FUCKING GUUUMMSSS

Listened to the behind the scenes for the Jensen-as-Batman thing only to find out from Cassi that he's indeed not Batman but Red Hood [who I'd called Red Wing *snort*] and is the villain. Meaning he'll probably die at the end and I'll cry. :/ It was interesting to see him speaking though, recording the audio. It must be so different for him to go from SPN to that. BUT I'M SO PISSED OFF HE DIDN'T USE HIS BATMAN VOICE! That was, like, the really REALLY good time to use it and he didn't ; unless he did but we just didn't get to see that tidbit. Cause as much as I think that voice is hot, DEAN DOES NOT NEED TO TALK LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME! Unless maybe hes in bed *coughwithsamcough* but otherwise NO!

I mean, I really dislike the word pussy - no idea why, don't ask me - but I will use it if I have to. And I don't mind the word cunt in regards to it but I know some women take offense to that. I know there's always just clit or opening or entrance but the last two make me think of the ass so...I dunno lol

So I saw the movie Shutter Island today and let me just say that it is a complete MIND FUCK! You think one thing throughout the entire film then you start to doubt yourself near the end then BAM! I mean, just wow. It completely wowed me in terms of 'wtf just happened?' and shit. It was pretty good, actually, thinking about reading the book.

Friday I watched all 14 episodes of Vampire Diaries. My background on my phone is of the main photo of Damon, Elena and Stefan. I guess I can now say I'm a fan. lol I thought it was sooo stupid when it first came out - not that I'd watched it, just thought it looked dumb but it is SOOOOOO much better than Twilight. Like woah. And Paul Wesley should have been Edward; GODDAMMIT HE WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH BETTER THAN FUG RPATTZ. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Also finally watched another movie in my RDJ filmography quest today - Heart and Souls and oh em gee LOVE THAT FUCKING MOVIE! It's so cute and hilarious and fun and GAH! I must buy it, methinks. The parts when the ghosts get in his body lmao so great. Would definitely recommend that film!

You know what annoys me? The fact that two years ago when I made this account I put in my real fucking birthday so I can't view comms/posts that have been marked for 18 or older. Nevermind the fact I've pretty much seen all the shit there is to see so there's really nothing that can shock me anymore. I have tried changing my birthday but of course that doesn't work.

Didn't do all too much today - already posted an entry in photography so I don't have too much else to report.

I guess Adam's gonna be on Leno again to sing Music Again and most people aren't going to be watching it cause they're on 'Team Coco.' TBH I couldn't give a shit with this whole Conan-Leno war type thing going on. It's not really my problem or something I'm gonna spend my nights thinking about. I'll watch Leno only when someone I wanna see is on it, no big deal. I don't and won't watch it FOR Leno, himself, and I never have. Boosting ratings for one night to watch Adam wont do anything other than show that people ONLY watched it for him and not Leno.
Whatever though, it's all just wank, as usual. :p

Watched The Curious Case of Dean Winchester tonight. Its not one of my fave eps, by far, but watching it again made me like it a bit more. The first time around I was too cranky cause Jensen was hardly in it. Tonight I was able to appreciate just how much the man playing Dean got Jensen's expressions and mannerisms down. He did a really good job. That and I love seeing Sam getting all frantic like he does whenever he thinks Dean is hurt/might die.

And now...for a confession...I really REALLY hate myself for this but:

I like the Vampire Diaries. Yup. It's kinda official. I've only seen like three eps but I've dled the rest and plan on watching them soon. It's seriously a lot better than I thought it would be though and SHIT TONS better than Twilight. Actually I think the people who play Stefan and Elena should have been Edward and Bella. lol [I'll learn their real names soon enough.] I will NOT get into it as much as I am into Supernatural but it is a decent show.
I don't know what it is with me and shipping brother-fucking but I've done it again; I totes magoats ship Damon/Stefan [does that have a ship name? anyone know?] only problem is Elena is fucking hot too so I'd totes ship a few threesomes, as well. Such a pretty cast. -wants to pet- I don't know all the characters names yet but I'll get to it.

Speaking of Supernatural and TVD, I noticed while watching the latter that they had commercials FOR that show while it was playing, like every commercial break, then as well during SPN. And not ONE SPN commercial was played. At all. Not during TVD or SPN. I find it really disheartening and it only proves my point more - along with everyone elses points - that the CW hates Supernatural for some unknown retarded reason and hardly promotes it. Yet they complain about ratings and whatnot; what a load of shit. They need to fucking PROMOTE to get viewers, like duh. Asshats. I want SPN to move from that station so fucking bad anyhow; it has such a bad rep. I want it on like, TNT or some shit. Bleh.

Other than that, my day has been alright and I'm just glad its Friday tomorrow. :D

grease in a cup

Sitting in photography right now and I just finished mounting my icecicle picture while a lot of other people were making pancakes in the same room. I ended up having a small one and now they're making bacon; you can smell it all the way down the hall. lol They had an idiotic moment though and put the grease in a plastic cup and it started melting everywhere.
Some stupid boys were also smoking weed this morning in the hallway which you can also smell. Bacon grease + weed smell = Ew

I also want to thank the few amount of people who answered my poll and I've decided I'll do the rec post every Saturday and anyone else who wishes to participate can. Just a forewarning - enticing factor? - most [pretty much all] of the fic I rec will be R/NC17. I won't read fic - most of the time - unless it has sex. That's just me and that's how I've been for pretty much forever in fic world. :p

My lips are super chapped lately. blah.

I made up my schedule a few days ago and as of now I'm only going to have two classes next year with an Independent Gym. If I can't take Government and Econ during the summer I'll have to take those too. And with block scheduling this means I won't have to go to school every other day which is awesome!

Weekly Recs - Thoughts

I've been thinking strongly lately about doing a rec post every week, or every two weeks on my journal. Like, one day of the week and I will post recs to my fave fics I've read recently [I'm going through hundreds of them at the moment, most of them older] and then maybe people can also share a few of theirs in the comments. I dunno, I just thought it might be a cool idea.
The main pairings I'm reading right now are just Sam/Dean, Jared/Jensen and Holmes/Watson though, but I may occasionally post other things. Like I read Harry Potter fandom slash and also more t.v. shows buuut for now it'll just be those too mainly. If you want to rec something other than that though you can, others may read it, but i probably won't.
